QUICK ANSWERS

Need a little more help?

Do I have to plan a whole trip?

No. You can look up a passenger, check an aircraft, or use any other tool on its own.

What is a workspace?

It is your work area in Pax Pref. Inside it, you can choose the companies you work with.

What do PAX and leg mean?

PAX means passengers. A leg is one flight from one airport to another.

What is UTC?

UTC is a shared time used in aviation. Trip departure times use UTC. Check the date and time before saving.

Why can I not save a trip yet?

Check the airports, date, time, tail number, and aircraft type. Add at least one person. Read any message beside the Save button.

Where do I put notes?

Save a person's usual likes and needs in their preferences. Put instructions for one flight in Service Notes, then save the flight. The separate Profile notes box does not keep notes after a reload yet.

Will aircraft notes follow me to another device?

Not all of them yet. Some stock details, cabin notes, and company sorting stay in the browser where you entered them. Check the aircraft when you switch devices.

Does a saved catering plan place an order?

No. Contact the caterer to place the order and confirm delivery. Save the details in Pax Pref for your reference.

Where did an older flight go?

Check Trip Archives on Home. In the catering picker, include archived flights to see flights more than seven days old.

Will deleting one leg delete the whole trip?

Delete This Leg of Flight removes only that leg. Its linked details are removed too. This cannot be undone. The other legs stay and display in order.

Why do I see different buttons?

Your account role controls what you can edit or share. Ask the person who manages your workspace if you need more access.
